So it's the 31st day of December, 2010...This year has been eventful for me honestly! I can't stop counting my blessings...From city relocations to a great healthy year...Wow! Baba!!! you too much joor!
So on to the post title...Yes! That was how Ryan Reynolds and Scarlett Johansson put it. It's no news that Hollywood's enviable couple have called it quits after just two years in marriage. Well, I've always been a fan of Ryan Reynolds...that guy kills it in almost every movie he touches. Seeing him in a different light in X-men Origins just nailed it for me...So when People's Mag announced him as Sexiest Man 2010 , i wasn't surprised at all.
So they've officially filed their divorce papers and went on to state that at the time, they had started their relationship "with love and it is with love and kindness we leave it" Honestly! I'm confused here...If you're still in love and got a heavy dose of kindness to give the other person, then why leave him/her???
I really don't know what to think about today's relationships and marriages...because i always felt one of those reasons why two people come together was for LOVE and KINDNESS for one another. Here are two people who say they've still got that...and they are divorcing. Weird! i tell you.
Maybe that statement was just to make it look like they still got it together, no ill feelings etc...but whatever, it's sad that these two are calling it quits too soon. I read somewhere that a major reason why they called it off was, Ryan is a bit traditional, while Scarlett could be described as an 'Independent' being...
The question on my mind is...if LOVE and KINDNESS can't keep two people together...What else can???
